Big problem....for the price you get this excellent well made and really comfortable product. Amazingly cheap for what you are getting and far for superior quality to ones i have previously owned. Came in a week and was well packaged, is a great size for even someone as tall as me 6ft1, great for lying down on, sitting laying back etc... Just have to find a permanent place for it now.

Just got my Omni yesterday and I have to say it is the greatest chair I have every had perfect in everyway, I even fell asleep on it, if you have been thinking about buying it, don\'t think anymore just BUY IT!!!

After owning a couple of regular store bought bean bags that broke or tor in the first few weeks, I did a search for the best bean bag and came to a decision to get the sumo, due to its ratings and price. No regrets at all!!! My son kept wanting these and now he has one that will last 4 ever by looks of it!! It is well made, durable and stain resistant. since I got this a few weeks ago my 4 other boys want their own!! I have just bought 2 more, an omni and the otto and will give my review on the otto when we get it!!
Not only the best bean bag chair but the best service.. came in less than a week!
