This Week...
It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas here in the Empire office, with everyone slacking off even more than usual and heated debates centring not on thorny questions like the respective merits of Hugo and War Horse but the far more controversial issue of how to eat mince pies (hot, with cream; there should be no question). We've also been talking to Bradley Cooper who, since we last spoke, has been named the Sexiest Man Alive. We have that effect on people. I mean, think about it: Empire has also spoken to past winners George Clooney, Matt Damon, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. I think we all know where Ryan Gosling went wrong in his campaign this year now.

The kind folks at Sumo offered to send Co-Optimus one of their giant bean bag chairs for a review. I’m an expert in leisure, so I nominated myself for the job. We've already covered the Sumo Couple, a chair designed for two, but up this time to check out was the Sumo Emperor. I’ll admit I was disappointed when I first laid eyes on the Emperor.
