Canadian SumoSac Order Delays
Hello - we at Sumo would like to acknowledge some shipping delays to our Canadian customers on SumoSac orders.
SumoSac's are a new product for us & from day one we received an overwhelming demand.
Shipping to Canada was not worked out in advance (our mistake) & being a massive product it would of cost more then the order was worth to ship them normal FedEx Ground.
All together we know we dropped the ball with our customer service & have just recently finalized a long term solution to ship to Canada.
