You say your Sumolounge is not the best beanbag you've ever slouched in? No problem - let us know within one week of receiving it. Contact us with your order number, and the issue.
If we can't make it better, we'll refund your money.
In the case of a refund, we do accept product returns. Note that all items to be returned must be in their original packaging, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
