Shipping

If an address has to be updated and the order is already processed to Shipped, you can contact FedEx and have the package rerouted once you get the tracking ID.

We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, NW Territories, Yukon or Nunavut. However, if you would like a quote on shipping to any of these locations please contact us through our contact form.

At this moment we do not ship to APO Addresses or PO Boxes. 

If the parcel has arrived damaged, please email info@sumolounge.com with a picture of the damage in question as well as the packaging it came in. A FedEx damage report will have to be created in this matter.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, then when the product is shipped you will receive a tracking number and instruction.

Shipping is generally 7-10 business days to process and receive the order. You will get an email once the order ships out, with a tracking number. Tracking can be done via www.fedex.com unless otherwise advised.

Posted Orders - This means we received your order request and preparing your order.
Exported Orders - This means the orders is being processed and getting ready to ship out.
Shipped Orders - This means your order has shipped and on it's way to you.
