In the case of a full refund, we do accept product returns. Note that all items to be returned must be in their original packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Seven easy steps to achieve Sumo-stardom:
Step 1: Carefully cut and remove the plastic tabs around the box, without cutting through the box.
Step 2: Take your Sumo insert and its neatly folded cover out of the box.
Step 3: Lay out the cover, with zippers open. Insert the Sumo, still in its plastic bag, into the cover.
Step 4: Remove the plastic bag and zip up the cover around it.
Step 5: Break up large pieces of Polyester Fiber by compressing on each side of your Sumo.
Step 6: Fluff and fluff again, then fluff some more. Just keep fluffing until all the Polyester Fiber is broken up.
Step 7: Take some time to find your favorite position, relax and enjoy.
Note: Give your Sumo time to expand fully - 24 hours should do it. If ever it flattens – just re-fluff!
