Sumo

Most gamers nowadays are looking for the best equipment to play their console of choice on. High-def televisions, audio systems; all that sort of stuff. But the unspoken necessity is a comfortable place to sit and relax. Sumo has you covered with a line of urban longue furniture, high quality bean bags to be more specific, that is more than suitable for a gamer’s area. We tested out the Omni, which is more along the lines of a pillow than a giant bag, and were impressed with the comfort.

Upon first looks, the cover material (nylon) doesn’t seem like it would be comfortable, but it is. The rough appearance is a bit deceiving. With the Sumo Beads filling the inside, the Omni shapes nicely. You can lay on it like a giant pillow or have it sitting in a vertical fashion for a chair. No matter how you shape it, it’s comfortable to be in for lengths of time. We wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it unless you are child-sized because it isn’t quite so big to hold an adult.

But what of the price? At $130, it isn’t a bad price compared to similar quality products. Plus, you get free shipping and your choice of color. The Omni also weighs 18 pounds, so it’s easy to move around. This is a good choice if you’re looking for some dormitory furniture, or are setting up a small game-dedicated room somewhere in the house.
