Next Generation of BeanBags – Sumo Omni
I’m not one for beanbags. I have a couple of small ones that are never used unless I have a gaming party and there is no more room on the couch. I’ve seen people double stack them, lay across the two beanbags, in an effort to get comfortable. Then I found the ultimate gaming accessory, the Sumo Lounge Omni.
We talk about next-gen gaming quite often, consider the Omni the next-gen of beanbags. The Omni is massive, to say the least. It weighs about 18 pounds and it’s about 4.5′ X 5.5′. Sumo offers the Omni in 10 colors, so it can match any dcor.
It’s made of a nylon material which makes it super easy to clean, but don’t expect it to be soft. The Omni is however, incredibly comfortable. The nylon is built tough. You won’t find small beads constantly on the floor. On the website, they suggest 8 different ways to lie on your Omni and my favorite is actually with it propped up halfway. I work on the site while laying on it and play my PSP while sitting on it.
The Sumo Omni is on sale at the website for $129. Also available is the Otto, a small beanbag made to rest your feet on. The Otto is on sale for $75. If you are looking for a way to provide extra seating at your place, I highly recommend the Omni. Looks like Sumo has revolutionized the way we think about beanbags, it’s too bad they don’t make games too.
