When it comes to holiday get-togethers, we love to hang out and watch movies, play board games, cards, and video games. No gaming area is complete without a comfy and cushy chair and standard furniture just doesn’t cut it. You want a chair that you can sit in for hours and not feel any strain or discomfort. There are options out there where you can accentuate your game room with furniture specific for leisure and/or gaming.

When the chair arrived, I was taken back by the size of the box.  The chair had been vacuumed sealed so it sneakily deceived me. Once you open the box and plastic wrap, you can watch it slowly morph into a beautiful Gamer beanbag chair. The kids thought this was real holiday magic.

This throne of a chair is soft and comfy and well, huge.  It measures in at 42″ X 42″ X 34″ so you will definitely need to decide where it should live in your home. It’s a little on the heavy side and bulky so it’s not overly portable for the kids but doable for adults. The kids think it should stay in the middle of the room as a centerpiece so its handy and ideal for playing video games or watching movies. It has a non specific style so it goes with any decor and reminds me a lot of an all encompassing poofy armchair.

It’s made out of uber soft micro suede and comes in four versatile colors, pitch black, khaki, funky brown and fiery red. I love micro suede because it’s family tolerant; honestly it’s extremely easy to clean. For small stains I just use an eco friendly cleaner with a damp cloth and it comes off super fast.  If it’s a large stain, and it will happen, you can remove the cover and toss it into your washing machine. The filling or beads are made out of 100% polyester fiber so they adapt to your bodies shape quickly.

It maintains its shape despite the rough housing it’s been put through. It offers excellent support for your back and legs and really is immensely comfortable. You can fit one to two adults on the chair, reflective on your size or course. And kids, the more the merrier but generally two to three kids can sit comfortably and watch a movie. We love the Gamer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy chair to play games, watch movies or just hang out in.
