Two Peas In A Bucket

Sumo Omni

You’d think that we’d never seen a bean bag before if you had been there when we opened our “Mystery” box. We pulled out the “Omni Chair” and didn’t have a clue what to do with it. Is it a pillow? Is it a body bag? What do we do with this? One of our employees walked up said “cool” grabbed it, molded it like playdough into a chair and sat to have a meeting without blinking an eye.

We took the chair home that night and our kids commandeered the chair to their room immediately. Since then we have seen them contort themselves in 30-50 different positions on it. They love that it’s pink. They love that it fits every mood and supports every impossible posture. Our oldest called it a “Chair with Attitude.”

If the three of them were not hard enough on it, our Black Lab and Great Dane have endeavored to be part of this ad-hoc focus group. The Titanium/Kevlar-like material does not show a scratch and has fared shockingly well under the play time of two 80-pound (plus) puppies.

All-in-all, this odd-looking (yet highly functional) human support device has become a permanent resident of our household. I highly recommend it for anyone with kids or anyone that has a need to sit occasionally!
