I love my LIME GREEN OMNI! I\'d have to say the only down side to it is the nylon cover isn\'t exactly soft and cushy, but I know it\'ll keep it clean from what ever the kids and dogs might do to it.
I found me the perfect position for late night X-box sessions, I\'m glad I bought it instead of a char! Thanks for making such an excellent product, Sumo Lounge!

I hand it to the people at Sumo, they know how to make one comfortable bean bag chair! The size is perfect (it\'s big enough to laze on, but not so big it takes up the whole room) the colours really allow you to personalise (purple all the way!) and it\'s sooooo comfortable, i already have housemates arguing over who gets to sit in it when i\'m not around!
But not only do you get a first class chair, worth every penny, you get a first class service to match! Not only did the chair arrive much sooner than i had expected, but all my emails were responded to fast and made me feel more of a friend than it did a customer!

You say your Sumolounge is not the best beanbag you've ever slouched in? No problem - let us know within one week of receiving it. Contact us with your order number, and the issue.
If we can't make it better, we'll refund your money.
In the case of a full refund, we do accept product returns. Note that all items to be returned must be in their original packaging, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
