1. Returns

In the case of a return/refund, we do accept product returns. Note that all items to be returned must be in their original packaging, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. If the Product has been opened and the foam expanded we will not accept a return, however a partial refund or replacement product may be issued depending on the case at hand. If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or overall quality of your chair, please return it to us within 7-10 days from arrival and we will refund your chair after said 15% restocking fee. Return shipping must be covered by the individual that purchased the chair.


2. Shipping Policy

Shipping is generally 1-3 business days to process and receive the order, with some products being 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sumo Lounge or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If an address has to be updated and the order is already processed to Shipped, the customer must contact FedEx and have the package rerouted once receiving the tracking ID.
We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, NW Territories, Yukon or Nunavut. However, if you would like a quote on shipping to any of these locations please contact us through our contact form. At this moment we do not ship to PO Boxes, but APO Addresses may be possible, please contact us for more info.


3. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sumo Lounge shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sumo Lounge shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sumo Lounge shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price


4. Color Variations

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. No refunds will be issued in the case of color not being suitable.

8. Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sumo Lounge reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sumo signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
